Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

A: If your item has been unfortunately damaged in transit, we ask that you return it to us and we will send out a replacement immediately.  Please let us know if you have received a damaged item by contacting us at hello@shampoo.ie, so we can advise on return process.

Shampoo.ie recommends that  all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.

Please contact our orders department at hello@shampoo.ie before returning anything so we can advise you on steps to take and organise refund.

Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE?

A: Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. We guarantee a money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of notice given and notice accepted. The item must be received back as new, unused, unopened and in re-saleable condition.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: All our deliveries are delivered by DPD courier, which means normal shipping time is one day from the date of shipment if order is received during normal working week. Orders received Friday evenings or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. All orders received before 11am (Monday to Friday) will be shipped that day if the item ordered is in stock.
